
The Avenues Clinic Managing Director Sibusisiwe Ndhlovu

Medical Investments Limited, trading as The Avenues Clinic, has appointed Sibusisiwe Ndhlovu as its new Managing Director, while Peddy Chigunduru has been appointed Finance Director.
Ndhlovu, who joined The Avenues Clinic in March 2023, was promoted from General Manager to Managing Director with effect from March 1, 2026.
According to the company, Ndhlovu has overseen significant renovations and upgrades at the institution since joining the organisation, while also promoting values centred on patient care, staff welfare, productivity, creativity and excellence.
The company said her leadership had contributed to the transformation of the institution and strengthening of its organisational culture.
Ndhlovu has more than 30 years of experience across different industries and has led the establishment of a reinsurance company in Botswana, licensing of a general insurance company in Mauritius, as well as the establishment of a medical insurance company and microfinance institutions in Zimbabwe.
She is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe), Certified Project Management Professional and ICHOM-certified Value-Based Health Care professional.
Her experience spans banking, insurance, telecommunications, finance and audit, healthcare, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
The company said her experience also included leading start-ups, regional expansion initiatives and major transformation projects in insurance, medical aid and financial services.

Finance Director Peddy Chigunduru
Meanwhile, Chigunduru has been appointed Finance Director of Medical Investments Limited.
He has more than 20 years of professional experience, mainly in senior leadership and executive positions, with expertise in financial leadership, strategic management and organisational transformation.
Chigunduru is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) and an ICHOM-certified value-based healthcare professional.
He holds a Master of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Zimbabwe, a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences from UNISA and a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe.
He also completed the International Executive Development Programme delivered by Wits University in conjunction with London Business School.
His career has spanned Zimbabwe, South Africa and Uganda, with exposure to international markets including London, New York and Dubai.
Medical Investments Limited said Chigunduru was a transformative leader committed to building sustainable organisations, investing in people and developing future leaders.
